A graduate of California State University, Los Angeles (BA), North Park Theological Seminary (MDiv), Luther Seminary (DMin) Bill brings more than 45 years of experience in organization development and leadership. He serves as mentor to senior leaders in non-profit and for-profit organizations and companies. He serves as coach to 30 Transitional and installed Senior Pastors. He has served congregations since 1971. From 1999-2008 he served as Transitional Pastor and Head of Staff for five Presbyterian churches. Bill's time of working with congregations in transition convinced him that there is need for churches to receive the specialized ministry of transitional pastors to prepare those congregations for their next season of fruitful ministry.

In 2008 Bill became founding Pastor of Hope Evangelical Presbyterian Church in Raleigh, NC. From 2015-2017 he served as Interim Associate Executive of the EPC, overseeing World Outreach, Church Planting, Church Revitalization, Next Generation Ministries, and the Leadership Institute.

As a graduate of Wheaton College (BA), Trinity Evangelical Divinity School (MDiv), and Gordon-Conwell Theological Seminary (DMin) Dori brings 40 years of seasoned pastoral ministry to coaching and mentoring. He has served as the Head of Staff for multiple congregations across the United States, both as a Senior Pastor and as a Certified Transitional Pastor (ECO and the EPC). Along the journey Dori mentored numerous seminarians with the goal of equipping them in the ministry practicalities of their call.

In addition, Dori has an extensive cross-cultural background. He grew up in nine different countries and as an adult has taught overseas in many mission contexts. Such experiences have enabled him to become a careful listener of others' concerns and questions.

As both a Certified Transitional Pastor and a Certified Coach through CoachNet and ECO Dori loves to help ministry leaders discern God’s guidance in these times of new beginnings.

Ellen Campbell Gardner
Consultant

Ellen Campbell Gardner received her Master of Divinity from Pittsburgh Theological Seminary (Pittsburgh, PA). She also holds a bachelor’s degree from Warren Wilson College in Swannanoa, NC where she double majored in Music Performance and Theatre. She is currently serving as a Teaching Elder in the ECO (Evangelical Covenant Order of Presbyterians).

In her 25+ years of ministry, Ellen has lived the frustration that many churches feel when discerning God’s Preferred Plan for their ministries. She understands that churches want to serve Jesus Christ passionately, but often just don’t have the tools or process to achieve that goal. In response to that need, Ellen pursued training and endorsement as a Certified Navigator in the Auxano method of church visioning and long-range planning.

That was just the start. Since then, Ellen has further developed a unique process that understands and meets the unique character and needs of churches formed in the Reformed Tradition. As a result, she has had the honor of “a front row seat” guiding and witnessing how this process can achieve breakthrough clarity and truly transformative outcomes for the life and ministries of the churches she has been honored to served.
